\u00a0<\/span>POINT BLANK\u2019S FIRST TRANSMISSION WAS BACK IN THE COLD NOVEMBER OF 1994.\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/header>\n

At that time, while the internet was still making its first tentative steps in the world and other radio stations were preoccupied with a more commercial soundscape, quality house music was a little hard to come by. So Point Blank began broadcasting, to give people underground dance music that wasn\u2019t freely available back then.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since our inception all those years ago, the station has grown. We now run 24\/7, and we\u2019ve extended our reach – first out of West London across the Capital, and more recently UK and Worldwide online, at PointBlank.FM. We\u2019ve also widened our musical offering- (from Funk, Jazz or Soul, to Tech, Liquid Drum and Bass, Breakbeat, and beyond) \u2013 to embrace the full dance music spectrum. So while we\u2019re faithful to our roots, and remain predominately a House music station, we still strive to give our listeners a balanced and varied blend of great music, that you can\u2019t find anywhere else. And ultimately, that\u2019s what it\u2019s always been about for us.<\/span><\/p>\n
